2005年、東京大学法学部卒業。2007年、東京大学法科大学院修了。2009年、第二東京弁護士会登録。2014〜2015年、アメリカポートランド州のLane Powell PCで勤務。2016年、Georgetown University Law Center (LL.M.)修了。2021年1月、西村あさひ法律事務所パートナー。M&Aや資源・エネルギーなどを中心に取り扱っている。
「Overview of the Amendment of the Japanese Antimonopoly Act and Its Practical Points.」（Federal Bar Association、2015年4月ニューズレター）などの論考がある。
